Little Blind “Rocky” Found His Forever Home

Rocky was abandoned at a Las Vegas dog park and had a severely damaged eye. When a Good Samaritan found him he took the Chihuahua to Heaven Can Wait Animal Society. Now Rocky has a new home with a “mom” who loves and takes care of him and his special needs.

You Can’t Keep A Good Dog Down

Lacey was rescued by Heaven Can Wait and adopted, but had to be returned when the economy took a turn in Las Vegas. The Border collie didn’t let it get her down and finally a great new family came along to give her a forever home.

Dog Abandoned In Foreclosed Home Gets New Start

Buttercup and Sadie are two dogs that were abandoned after their owner’s home was foreclosed. A realtor found them and sent them to Heaven Can Wait Animal Society where they found new homes.

A Christmas Angel Fulfills HCWS Kitties’ Wishes

Max is a cat with diabetes being cared for by Heaven Can Wait. A Christmas angel offered to help with the orphaned feline’s medicine and brought toys for 20 more cats.
